The chief talent spotter of the NLEF project is a man with a mysterious past. It is rumoured that he and Dirk Pitt were not born on Rifts Earth and are in fact D-Bees. It is said they were kidnapped by the multi-dimensional slavers of Atlantis, but are some of the few to ever escape from that monster-filled land.

Since coming to New Lazlo he has been an expert soldier and combat engineer and has saved the town from monsters and its people from bandits on many occasions. He is a stalwart ally to his friends and with his best friend in charge of the project it is no surprise that he has been selected to help.

NLEF 5 met him during the attack of the mystic knights, where he led some of them into the hotel. He showed a willingness to make himself the main target to keep the others safe, and agreed with Pitt in his recommendation to General Winters that they should be promoted. He ran them through their initiation and has been one of their strongest supporters so far.
