David Volotkova

David is a man with a long criminakl history, so it was no surprise that he wound up in jail. He used to be just another small time hood, working as an enforcer for those higher up the food chain. He got luck when he was employed by Dr. Paul Emrich, a man with a very big brain. By clinging onto the doctors lab coat, he was able to share in his success.

Tragicaly, the good times were not to last. RAMs secret service was onto Dr. Emrich, and they wanted a slice of brain - metaphorically or physically, either was good. When the Terines came storming in, his comfortable set up was bust. Volotkova and the Emrich made a run for the hills together, but they were not able to both avoid capture. THe RAM operatives caught up with them again in the Belter Anarchy, and David was too drunk to escape.

Brutal and rather stupid as he may be, Volotkova is a man of principal in his own way, and refused to reveal Dr. Emrich's destination even under the type of interigation that RAM hands out. Disgusted at his lack of co-operation, but unwilling to shoot their only lead in the case, David was centre to prision for an indefinite period of time.

In Mission 3. Technolgy Retrieval operatives Durrant and Wells were sent into the prison to "befriend" Volotkova, spring him out and use him to find Dr. Emrich. They succeeded, and he still holds a grudge against them.

Volotkova's current position is unknown, but he is assumed to still be in cohorts with Dr. Emrich.
