General Winters

General Winters is the daughter of two of the founders of New Lazlo, a pair of human psychics from another dimension. Her mother was the head of the New Lazlo defence forces for many years and she had little ambition to be anything else as she grew up. Like her mother she is a powerful telepath and a formidable strategist. No other person has done as much to keep New Lazlo safe for the past thirty years.
