Grakulus

Grakulus is a Gorn, a race of lizard people from a high-tech society, who was the son of the ambassador to Earth. It was because of this posting that he picked up his enduring love of 20th century Earth humour. When he was caught in a transwarp experiment he ended up on Rifts Earth, where he found his engineering skills put him in great demand. He was with NLEF 5 at the foundation dinner where he entertained them with Woody Allen’s ‘moose’ routine.
