Harn Carelli

The over-enthusiastic Centauri soldier and tailor, Harn Carelli, seems to have attached himself to Ithsaryel Stargazer after they were placed next to each other at the foundation dinner. Like all Centauri he wears his hair up in a peacock crest and dresses with flamboyance. He does appear to be a decent soldier, but you have yet to see whether his tailoring skills match up.
