Mission 1. Investigate munitions failures.

The instilation of MuAusQu1 is responsible for surplying RAM forces across australia with munitions they need to maintain peace in the area. Recently, employees have discovered a problem with capacitor clips for laser rifles and pistols. In about 2% - 3% of chases they explode when discharged, destrying the weapon and injuring the users. The rate of staff loss is low, but it is having an unfortunate effect on military personel who nolonger feel that they can trust their own weapons.

The teams primary mission is to travel to Earth and discover the rout cause of the malfunctioning supplies. As a secondary objective, observe the efficiency and loyalty of the staff members and present your superiors with a list of possible recommendations.

Team Conclusions.

• With regard to primary mission, the fault was caused by virus found on the factories main computer. It caused the machines to over charge certain capacitors, resulting the observed effect. The virus was implanted accidently by Mr. Martin Kemp while installing games obtained on Luna from a man he met in bar called the Tranquility C. This is against officail polcy. Mr. Martin Kemp is probably unsuitable for the job in any event.

• Mr. Michael Greem was found to operating machery while under the effects of recrational drugs.
• Mr. Peter Kemp was found to be criminally negligant and possibly subversive.
• Quartermaster Robert Biggs was found to be suplying terran criminal groups with matian technology.
• Security measures at the factory are inadequate. Staff are checked leaving the premises, but not entering.

Sggestions

1. Martin Kemp should be officially cautioned.
2. Michael Green should be fired.
3. Peter Kemp should be sentenced by court.
4. Robert Biggs should be given a dishonourable discharge.
5. Employees should be checked both entering and leaving the premises.
