Ozymandius

This techno-wizard is a member of the Maeus race, an orangutan-like species from another dimension. He himself is Earth-born and has grown up in New Lazlo. Before joining the NLEF he was a combat engineer in the militia and is responsible for many of the TW upgrades on its equipment.
