The Marvel/DC combo world

It just ran the one time. Kind of like a comic that goes a couple of issues before the plug gets pulled because the circulation is too low. Or in this case because I didn't bother explaining what kind of campaign I wanted to run...
I'd been reading Grant Morrison's run on JLA, and Warren Ellis' The Authority. I was all set to write world-shattering adventures based on those kinds of comics where your characters would be the only thing that stood between the world and massive alien warfleets, bands of savage Kryptonians each with the power of Superman and a warmachine incapable of being stopped by any known force.
And then I realised in the first fight that the characters you'd worked out were going to get creamed if you ran into that lot. So I dropped it and we never went there again...
A shame really, there were some cool plots I had planned there. And a couple of really camp demons.

I reckon Zenith would have been up for that power level had I got the chance to join in before it got cancelled.
Well, you know, if he could be bothered to actually save the world and stuff...
Stil the cancellation leaves the super-hero genre wide open for me to start up a campaign in.
Or I might do some horror.
Or Spy action.
I haven't quite decided yet...

My character wasn't much of a fighter, but I think that his ability to disolve people into goo might have helped a little.
