Under the Liverpool Rules, if a player is both docked and mated he is said to be in Heseltine, and is forced to miss a turn. Heseltine is a very similar state to that of Boris, but the renaming of this game state after a right-wing politician is probably to be expected under the left-leaning Liverpool rules.
